The Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, Inc. based in East Hartford, CT is developing the Supply Chain Management Network (SCMN) to link the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to regionally based high precision manufacturing companies as potential suppliers.
